Life can feel like a nonstop juggling act while you’re still figuring out who you are and what you want. On top of that, many struggles aren’t just personal, they’re shaped by larger systemic and societal forces. Therapy can’t fix a broken system, but it can help you navigate it with more clarity, self-compassion, and agency.
I especially enjoy working with folks who might feel a little uncertain, shy, or hesitant at first—folks who aren’t always used to taking up space, but are curious about growing into more of themselves at their own pace. Together, we create a space where it’s okay not to have it all figured out, and where awkwardness is welcomed, not judged.
You don’t have to wait until things are dire to seek help. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. We’ll explore how your past, relationships, inner emotional world, and identities shape your present. We’ll untangle patterns, deepen self-understanding, and find practical ways to create change, balancing reflection with action so you can feel supported and empowered to grow.
I support fellow millennial and Gen Z clients navigating:
Life transitions and phase-of-life changes
Anxiety and depression
Relationship dynamics with family, partners, and friends
Building mind-body awareness and emotional regulation
Intergenerational trauma and acculturation gap distress
Identity exploration and self-esteem
Grief and loss

Adolescence can be an exciting, stressful, and everything in between. You’re navigating big physical, mental, and social changes while figuring out who you are and where you fit. Maybe you don’t feel comfortable talking about certain things with family. Maybe you’re unsure how friends will react if you open up. Or maybe you’re still trying to make sense of what you’re feeling. Whatever it is, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to listen without judgment, when you’re ready.
I support teens navigating:
Academic challenges: adjusting to a new school, perfectionism, or managing family and cultural expectations
Friendships and relationships: making friends, handling conflicts, or setting healthy boundaries
Sense of self and identity development: exploring identity, values, strengths, and interests
Family dynamics: feeling misunderstood, coping with conflict, or navigating cultural differences
Depression: persistent sadness, loss of interest, or changes in sleep, appetite, and motivation
Anxiety: excessive worry, panic, or physical symptoms like tension, headaches, and stomach pain
Self-esteem and body image concerns: self-criticism, fear of failure, or comparison with others

Couples Therapy
The way we learn to stay safe and connected to our caregivers—how we expressed emotions, sought comfort, and got our needs met—often shapes how we show up in adult relationships. These early patterns influence how we interpret our partner’s behavior, what we expect from them, and how we respond during conflict.
In couples therapy, we slow down to uncover the deeper emotions and unmet needs driving your challenges. Together, we work toward repairing disconnection and strengthening your bond. I help partners with:
Improving communication and conflict resolution
Breaking negative interaction patterns
Expressing needs and emotions authentically to deepen intimacy
Navigating differences in values, needs, and expectations
Healing attachment wounds and rebuilding trust
Managing life transitions and external stressors
